Avaya one-XTM Quick Edition – Avaya one-X Quick Edition offers small businesses a completely new kind of communications experience – a system that delivers full business communication capabilities in a solution that´s as easy to set up as a home phone. Quick Edition comes with the features small offices rely on most: call management, personalized voice mail, auto attendant, call log, speed dial, conferencing, etc. All of the software needed to run the Avaya Quick Edition solution is in the phones — there is no central processor. Simply plug ready-to-use Quick Edition telephones into an office computer network and the system is ready to go. Using Peer-to-Peer, SIP (Service Initiation Protocol) technology, Quick Edition enables all phones to communicate directly with each other and join together dynamically to participate in call routing, call handling, and other network-related processes that would otherwise be handled by a central server. And because there is no central server, there is no single point of failure – the phones can all back each other up. Up to 20 phones can be part of a Quick Edition network.
